Jeffrey Tounge founded Gledhill Investment Group in 2014 to facilitate investments in both operating companies and real estate. Tounge has decades of experience in both investment and real estate, and he has grown the Gledhill Investment Group through various business connections in the commercial and industrial sectors.
A small but effective organization, the Gledhill Investment Group offers investment opportunities and provides clients with personalized attention to carry out real estate deals that fit each client’s unique needs.
Tounge holds a Maine real estate license and has over thirty years of experience in the industry. This, coupled with his wealth of knowledge and vast connections, allows the Gledhill Investment Group to provide clients with local knowledge and a broad-based perspective of the Maine investment landscape to help them accomplish their goals.
Tounge also has more than twenty years of experience in the investment sector that includes success in various aspects of investing, including performing valuations, acting as an intermediary for clients, and advising clients on their investments. Gledhill Investment Group is also currently the Fund Manager for Micro Cap Investments, Inc., a Maine Private Venture Fund.
Because of this experience and knowledge, the Gledhill Investment Group is especially well-poised to help out-of-state investors navigate programs such as the Finance Authority of Maine’s (FAME) Seed Capital Tax Credit Program and other programs administered by FAME.
